What does Embedded Design really mean?
When you sign up, you receive high quality talent (me) to serve you and your business design needs. I am available to you as long or as little as you need. I learn your needs and apply my skills, just as if I was a full-time employee.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
How does onboarding work?
After you sign up I'll quickly add you to your very own request board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you sign up. Once you accept the invite, you're ready to go.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
After you sign up, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Okay, now how exactly do I make a request?
Within about an hour of you signing up, you will receive an email invite (the one used to sign up) to a custom, and private request board. Here you will be able to add as many requests as you like, leave videos, documents, notes, comments, etc. I will see these and begin work on them one by one. Updates come 24-48 hours.
How does the pause feature work?
I understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing our partnership comes in handy. Stripe makes this easy, and fun.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause our partnership. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What about larger projects?
Larger requests are broken down on my end. This applies to full-scale website or mobile app designs, UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely. I do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), , complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents.
Can I "Subscribe" for just one month?
Sure thing. Whether you need Embedded Design Services™ for a month, 6 months or a whole year, the choice is yours. Jump right back in when you have additional design needs.
