Problem
Summary
Students and faculty lack a centralized, transparent way to evaluate courses and teaching outcomes. Students struggle to compare class difficulty, grade expectations, and instructors, while faculty have limited visibility into how their courses are perceived or perform relative to others. Fragmented and subjective information makes course planning and evaluation inefficient.
The goal for addressing this was to combine objective grade data with student feedback in one platform, enabling more informed decisions for both students and faculty.
Deliverables
Summary
I led both the strategic and executional design efforts for the product, delivering a scalable design system that established consistent patterns and enabled faster iteration across features. Grounded in user research, I conducted interviews to uncover core needs and pain points, then translated those insights into rapid prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted workflows to validate solutions early. I partnered closely with stakeholders to continuously iterate on the experience, improving usability and supporting sustained user growth. At a systems level, I restructured the survey reporting information architecture to reduce cognitive load and interaction friction, enabling thousands of users to access insights more efficiently.
Key Outcomes:
✅ Reduced design and iteration time by 50%+ through a scalable design system
✅ Streamlined survey reporting workflows, cutting clicks and improving usability for thousands of users
✅ Supported measurable user growth and engagement through continuous UX improvements
